Advanced admission purchased online is strongly encouraged, admission sold at the gate is subject to availability and increased rates.

PLAN YOUR VISIT
At Gate Tickets
On non-advanced ticket days (please check the homepage for schedule or click on the online tickets link below), tickets may be purchased at the gate (subject to availability and increased rates). Please purchase at least 30 minutes before closing to ensure entry.

Online Tickets
Digital tickets can be purchased online anytime. Guests will show the admission window attendant the ticket QR code sent to your email at the time of purchase. Please purchase tickets online below.

Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to request a refund for your tickets. Our refund policy is as follows:

Requests for unused admission tickets can be made within 48 hours of the date of admission listed on the ticket.
To request a refund, please email jaylen.f@jfgphx.org with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your ticket number and the reason for the refund request.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the request.

Parking
Rohoen has its own, spacious parking lot on the West side of the Garden. There is no parking fee.

Light Rail
When riding the Light Rail, exit at the Central and Roosevelt stop. The Garden is located on the west side of the rail, 0.3 miles from the station; it is directly behind the Irish Cultural Center (1106 N. Central Ave, Phoenix), just north of Portland Avenue. The Garden entrance is across the parking lot at 1125 N. 3rd Avenue.
