An annual membership to the Japanese Friendship Garden means joining our kokeshi family.
Kokeshi can represent love, friendship, goodwill, and gratitude. We hope that by joining our Garden membership program, you can experience these with us!
By joining, you are supporting the stewardship of a beautiful authentic Japanese garden. Accessing Your Membership
We at the Japanese Friendship Garden of Phoenix are thrilled to announce that we have transitioned to a new integrated solution for our memberships, admissions, retail, and event registrations.
A membership purchased from us will be immediately reflected in the site account for your email address.
You can view your membership plan at:

At the checkout for workshop and event tickets, your total will automatically reflect your applicable membership discounts.
Once you are logged in, you can access your information, such as expiration date and current bookings under their respective tabs.
You can reschedule or cancel your bookings at any time before the change deadline for the particular occasion.
Membership FAQ
How do I get my membership card?
A: Upon purchase of your membership, all specified members will be administered a digital wallet pass to store within your Google or Apple wallet for immediate use.
If you specified receiving a physical card, your card is immediately added to our production queue and we will keep you updated on the mailing status.
Does my membership allow me to visit any other attractions?
A: Yes, your membership allows you to visit gardens that belong to the American Horticultural Society Reciprocal Admissions Program.
It is a good idea to contact the location in advance of your visit to determine if they have any special requirements for admission.
Do I have to reserve a ticket online before I visit?
A: No, your membership allows you to enter the Garden for free on any standard day of admission.
Members are only required to reserve tickets for special events and workshops (ie. Otsukimi Moon Viewing, Haru in the Garden, Ikebana workshops). Tickets for additional parties not covered by your membership must be reserved in advance for both general admission and special events/workshops.
Can I purchase a membership as a gift for someone else?
A: Yes, the Gift Membership form above allows you to specify a name and email to receive a chosen membership. They will be notified of their new membership and perks to enjoy.

Renewal
To renew your membership:
You can renew your membership simply by accessing the "Membership Renewal" page within your site account. There, you can select your current membership tier or a different tier if you wish to upgrade your account.
If your membership has expired, you will be redirected to this page to purchase a new membership.
