Qigong complements this journey by focusing on the free flow of life energy (Qi) within the body. Through gentle movements and mindful breathing, Hunyuan Qigong, the foundation of the Hunyuan Tai Chi system, helps remove internal blockages and restore your body to a natural, stress-free state.
