Keiro no Hi (敬老の日), or Respect for the Aged Day, is a Japanese national holiday celebrated on the third Monday of September. It is a day dedicated to honoring and showing appreciation for the elderly, acknowledging their contributions to society, and celebrating their longevity.

About the Event

Keiro no Hi (敬老の日), or Respect for the Aged Day, is a Japanese national holiday celebrated on the third Monday of September. It is a day dedicated to honoring and showing appreciation for the elderly, acknowledging their contributions to society, and celebrating their longevity.

In honor of this holiday, we are offering free admission to the Garden for all seniors (Age 62+ with ID), Sunday, September 15th, 2024 during operating hours.
