About the Event

Full Moon Ceremonies are a common practice in many ancient traditions. This powerful moon phase marks completion and represents abundance.

It is an ideal time to surrender anything that doesn’t support your peace and joy; and things that you are ready to let go of or release. Our instructor, Jude from Biophilia, will take you on a guided Moon Meditation in the exquisite serenity of the Japanese Friendship Garden.

The meditation is interwoven with calming instruments (chimes and ocean drums).

Everyone will take home a Biophilia gift.

Please wear comfortable warm clothing, bring water, a yoga mat or blanket, and anything else you may need to be comfortable as you lie down and feel the grounding Earth supporting you.

About Biophilia: Biophilia is local wellness brand with a line of herbal teas, tinctures, and bath and beauty products. Jude Luth is a certified herbalist, with a passion for creating plant medicine and exploring nature as a therapeutic and healing tool for our community. Frankie Leyva leads yoga in English and Spanish, as well as meditation and sound healing classes at Biophilia's brick and mortar space in Central Phoenix.
