About the Event

Full Moon Ceremonies are a common practice in many ancient traditions. This powerful moon phase marks completion and represents abundance.

It is an ideal time to surrender anything that doesn’t support your peace and joy; and things that you are ready to let go of or release. Our instructor, Jude from Biophilia, will take you on a guided Moon Meditation in the exquisite serenity of the Japanese Friendship Garden.

The meditation is interwoven with calming instruments (chimes and ocean drums).

Everyone will take home a Biophilia gift.

Please wear comfortable warm clothing, bring water, a yoga mat or blanket, and anything else you may need to be comfortable as you lie down and feel the grounding Earth supporting you.

Jude Luth is a certified herbalist, with a passion for creating plant medicine and exploring nature as a therapeutic and healing tool for our community.
