In this hands-on session, you’ll learn how to shape and season your own Onigiri and wrap it with premium Shirako Nori, sponsored by Japan Food Corporation. The workshop also includes a brief lecture on Nori—its history, cultural significance, and how it’s made—offering a deeper appreciation for this essential part of Japanese cuisine. Simple, delicious, and perfect for all ages!
