Full Moon Ceremonies are a common practice in many ancient traditions. This powerful moon phase marks the completion of a cycle, and represents abundance.

We are also celebrating the actual day of Autumn Equinox 2021 (Sep. 22 this year!)

which is a meaningful time of year to honor the harvest. Whether that be a "real" harvest of the things planted in your garden or the harvest of efforts and intentions for your life path that you set earlier in the year.

We are fully awake. Our spirits are alive, refreshed, renewed and energized.

It is an ideal time to surrender anything that doesn’t support your peace and joy; things that you are ready to let go of or release.  Our instructors, Jude and Frankie of Biophilia will take you on a guided Moon Meditation in the exquisite serenity of the Japanese Friendship Garden.

The meditation is interwoven with calming instruments (chimes and ocean drums).

Everyone will take home a Biophilia moon healing kit, including a crystal, relaxing herbal bath sachet, and a stress relieving herbal tea blend handcrafted with blue lotus.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring water, a yoga mat or blanket, and anything else you may need to be comfortable as you lie down and feel the grounding Earth supporting you.

Biophilia is local wellness brand based with a line of herbal teas, tinctures, and bath and beauty products. Jude Luth is a certified herbalist, with a passion for creating plant medicine and exploring nature as a therapeutic and healing tool for our community.  Frankie Leyva leads yoga in English and Spanish, as well as meditation and sound healing classes at Biophilia's brick and mortar space in Central Phoenix.
