Hours & Admission: Business Office information. - Regular Public Hours at the Garden are Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Closed on Monday.
The garden closes each summer due to the heat. Regular season starts in September and ends in May. Check this Seasons Opening and Closing dates.
Don’t forget to check the event calendar for a particular day, making sure the park is not closed on the day you visit the garden.
- Ro Ho En also will host Free Artlink Events, which are open to the public, on the First Friday of every month during the season, from 4 to 7 p.m. Check the event calendar for special announcements regarding the walk and event at the garden.
- Group & School tours are available Tuesdays and Thursday by reservation only, call 602-256-3204. Fee: private groups $5.00 per person, and school tours $3.00 per person.
- General admission is:
$5.00 for Adults. $3.00 for Students, Children, Seniors, & Military. Children 12 and under free when accompanied by an adult.
- Public Tea Ceremony - Second Saturday during regular public hours of each month during the season - Reservations Required, call 602-256-3204. Cost is $22.00 garden admission included. Senior (62+) $18.00 garden admission included.
Private Tea Ceremonies are by reservation only. A minimum of 12 guests are required. Cost is $25 per person ($300.00) for two groups of six guests. This price includes docent lead tour and tea for your private group.
Please schedule your Tea Ceremony well in advance because the schedule fills up fast.
